Vina Beauty Spa provides treatments only. We do not sell products, so there are no product returns.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule twice for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. After that, each reschedule costs $50. Same-day rescheduling costs $50.
Treatments
Treatments that have been performed are not refundable, because the time, products and care have already been given.
If you have paid for a treatment you have not yet had, you can exchange it for another treatment of equal value. Contact us to arrange the exchange.
Payment plans
If you paid through Cherry or CareCredit, any adjustment goes through that provider under their terms.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider decides how long the money takes to appear.
