Appointments
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete the registration/check-in process and get ready for your treatment. We need a $50 deposit (or up to 100% deposit) for all appointments that are not booked with vouchers or packages from the clinic. We only accept appointments by reservation and we cannot take you before your scheduled time. Please do not come too early as we have limited space and busy schedules.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten or change your service to avoid inconveniencing other guests. We will try our best to give you the full time of your appointment, but this may not always be possible. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations can cause delays, such as traffic or parking issues. Please plan accordingly. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Children / Guests
You are not allowed to bring children with you unless you have another adult who can watch them in the waiting area. Children under 18 cannot be left alone in the waiting area. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms for any reason. If you do not have childcare arrangements, you will have to reschedule your appointment. You can bring one guest with you, but they must stay in the waiting area. Only our staff can enter the treatment room with you. If you have a disability and need assistance, please let us know when you book your appointment.
Late Cancellation / No-Shows
You are responsible for canceling or rescheduling your appointment in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and not get a refund. If you paid with a voucher, the voucher will be used and you will have to pay a $50 fee to book another appointment. If you have a service package and do not show up, you will forfeit that session. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Payments & Gratuity
We accept Cash(We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit as payment methods. Our service providers prefer cash tips but also accept Venmo.
Groupon / Living Social
Groupon and Living Social vouchers are only for new clients and can only be used once per person per lifetime. Vouchers are valid only for the areas listed and cannot be used for other areas. Expired Groupons must be used within 6 months of expiration. Groupon services cannot be saved for later use. Vouchers cannot be used to fix another injector’s work. If you are unhappy with another clinic’s treatment, we can help correct it but not with a discounted voucher.
Special Conditions
Please inform our receptionist of any health issues or concerns before booking your treatments, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, or allergies to lidocaine.
Prices Subject to Change
We update and expand our services regularly and we try to keep our website and menu prices current. However, please note that prices and services may change at any time.
Service Refunds
We don’t offer refunds on most service packages however you can exchange the service in the price you paid for a service.
Product Refunds
We will give you a full refund on products if you follow these rules: (1) You must return the products in person within 10 business days of purchase with the original receipt; (2) You will receive the refund in the same form as the payment; (3) The products must be in their original packaging and not show significant signs of damage or use; (4) Any products that were sold at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be refunded.
