Clean skin is your starting point. Make sure to arrive with skin free of lotion and self-tanner, and remove any body piercings. Shave the areas you’ll be targeting, too, if necessary.
A single body part treatment lasts 20–30 minutes. Avoid extreme heat or cold after the treatment. This includes hot or cold showers, saunas, steam rooms, and ice baths.
You’ll start to notice fat reduction and skin tightening in the treatment area 6 weeks post-treatment. After 6 weeks, the fat cells are being digested, so expect to start seeing a slimmer, more toned look. By 12 weeks, you’ll see the the full benefits of the treatment!
